Our Services
As a licensed Bunker Supplier and bunker craft operator in Singapore, we manage and operate a fleet of bunker tankers to provide quality and timely bunker delivery in a safe manner to our customers in the Port of Singapore. Our products conform to the ISO 8217 and IMO Regulations – Annex VI of Marpol 73/78.
Our fleet of bunker tankers is fitted with Mass Flow Metering System approved by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) for custody measurement of bunker tankers to vessel in the port of Singapore. All bunker deliveries are conducted in accordance to the Singapore Standard SS 648: 2019 – Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering requirements.

The bunker tankers are managed and maintained by team of professional and experienced sea and shore staff to ensure that the bunker tankers are maintained in seaworthy conditions in accordance to IMO, Flag State and Oil Terminals requirements.

Safety
In Cathay Marine, we believe in providing our office staff, as well as seafarers working onboard our vessels, a healthy and safe working environment. We made health and safety our first priority. We promote a culture of health and safety responsibility and awareness through health screening, trainings, familiarization, safety drills, safety work procedures and safety checklists, as well as relevant risk assessment of the task to be performed.
Vessel inspections and audit checks are carried out regularly by our Superintendent, as well as external inspectors, to verify the implementation of the safety management system onboard the vessels.

Employees

We believe in providing our employees a safe and conducive working environment while they work and develop with us and their families.
Complaint procedure is established whereby our employees (office or seafarers) are able to voice their grievances (including bullying and harassment) to the management team. All complaints will be attended to and treated in a strictly confidential manner. The employee will not be disadvantaged or discriminated against by reason of making a complaint.
